We also collect website usage data through cookies and similar technologies to understand how you interact with our platform and to improve its performance.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, to match you with doctors and confirm appointment bookings, to process payments for consultations and services, to communicate with you about your appointments, prescriptions, and account activity, and to analyze and improve our platform. We process your data based on your consent, the need to fulfill our service to you, or to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Information Sharing and Security
We do not sell your personal or medical information. We share your information only with the doctors and clinics you book appointments with, and with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and hosting providers) who help us operate the platform, all of whom are required to protect your data. If your data is transferred outside Thailand, we take appropriate steps to ensure it remains protected to the same standard. We use encryption, secure servers, and restricted access controls to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Data Retention
We retain your personal and medical information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations. For example, appointment and billing records are retained for a minimum of six (6) years as required for medical and financial record-keeping, while general website analytics data is retained for up to twenty-four (24) months. Data that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized.
